Is it possible for me to sell my house to my husband who is not on my current mortgage?

hi mistielong,

as far as i know, you'll be able to sell off your house to your husband. once you sell off the property, you will have to pay off the mortgage dues in full to the lender or your husband will have to refinance the loan in his name.
