sell

The house I had now according to the paper I got from the judge after a probate is set for me. The mortgage is not on my name but my husband ex wife. My husband died. So, as I understood that I dont have finacial burden on this. I paid the monthly morgage until recently lost my job and couldn't afford it. I dont know whose name on the deed or in the title. I am ready to sell the house, my question is Can I legally sell the house?
