mom passed with an addendum to her will, can't find orginial will. Mom has bill for $6000 and a home that is upside down. What can I do?
If the original will was prepared by an attorney he should have a copy. Regarding the $6,000 bill and upside down property......get a lawyer.

If you're not one of the co-signers or co-borrowers of the mortgage or the other debt, then neither the creditor nor the lender will be able to come after you. As far as the will is concerned, you should get in touch with the attorney as Jhelwell has said.
