There are 5 siblings, both of parents are deceased with no wills or trusts. We have obtained the Affidavits of Heirships. My question is one of the siblings do not agree on the sell of 1 of the properties....he wants 45ft of that property that goins his property line. The sibling that wants to buy the home doesn't want to sell it. What happens now?? She can't get her loan for the home without the deed.
Also, how do we transfer the other properties that were already agreed upon.
Thanks for all your help

Hi lkjohnson,
You and your other siblings can ask that individual sibling to buy out you all. Once she pays you the money, you and your other siblings can transfer the property to her. Once the deed is in her name, she will be able to get a mortgage in her name.
As far as other properties are concerned, you should contact your real estate attorney and he will guide you in transferring them in your name.
