If you are one of the owners of the property, then you will have ownership rights to it. No one will be able to throw you out of the property to force you to leave it. Moreover, the property will not be sold off without your permission or signatures. If you're being forced to leave the property, then you can take legal actions against him or her by consulting an attorney.

Hi,

As you are one of the legal owner of the property no one can sell off the property without your permission neither can throw you out of it. Consult an attorney immediately to discuss about it and if possible try to sell off the property and distribute the money equally.
