Hi joanne luke,

As the transfer of property was court ordered, you can sue your ex-spouse if he is not ready to transfer the property in your name. You can contact your lawyer and he/she will tell you the steps you need to take in order to come out of the situation.

Thanks

my first question to you is why haven't you already contacted your attorney to take steps to enforce the ruling?
