I bought property from a realtor. The loan is in his name only. I want to know if I sign back over the grant deed, what is the amount he should pay me to do so. What is a fair amount?
Hi jjbrown,

If you sign back the grant deed to the realtor, you would be giving away the property to him. So in that case, I don't think you would be getting any money. You have mentioned "The loan is in his name only. " Has the realtor taken the mortgage in his name?

Thanks
