Hello there… I want to sign a deal with my father so that he will only sell the house to me. Will I need a lawyer for this or can I type up the contract myself and just have it notarized?
Hi KV,
As it will be a legal document, you will be better off if you could get the document drafted by an attorney.
Take care.

No matter who you deal with, its always advisable to have a contract drafted by a legal expert. This will prevent any sort of future heart-burn should a dispute arises amongst you two.
Go ahead and seek the help of an attorney please.
Please contact an attorney for legal assistance..
Though the cost of working with an attorney may be a bit intimidating if you are living on a low budget but then it is a better alternative to prevent future complications that may strain a father-son relation beyond repair.
