I am Trustee on a Living Will, The home for the deceased is paid in full and goes to the only child. Where do I actually go to get the deed signed over to her and is there a waiting time?
Welcome Bell,
If it's a will, then you will have to probate it. You should contact a real estate attorney who will probate the will for you. Once the probate is complete, you will have to record it at the county recorder's office and then the only child can transfer the property in his/her name.
