can a property deed be signed and notarized by parties using separate notaries public (I do not want to see my ex-husband to sign a deed).

can a property deed be signed and notarized by parties using separate notaries public (I do not want to see my ex-husband to sign a deed).
As far as I know, normally the property deed will be signed and notarized by one Notary Public. I don't think separate Notary Publics are required for it.
