My husband purchases properties cash, all of which I didnot sign papers and when I do its to waiver. Please explain my rights as wife to the properties I did not sign on and the ones I waivered? We live in Las Vegas Thanks1
Hi Guest,
When you sign a spousal waiver, you release your rights to the property. The properties, for which you signed the spousal waiver, now belong solely to your husband. However, you still have certain ownership rights to the properties for which you did not sign the waiver.

Hi,
As you have signed the spousal waiver the sole owner of the property is now your husband but if your husband wants he can make a will in which he can include your name. And the properties for which you have not signed the papers, you too has legal right.
