In a divorce, can your spouse claim owonership of your house although his/her name is not in the title? I am in New York. Please answere based on NY.
Hi,

Is far as i know New York is not community property state. So in Divorce you spouse don't have any chance to claim house if her/his name is not mentioned on property deed.
