wish to form deed to private Trust

I have a Statutary Trust from the State. I wish to form a deed to place my Trust property in the Town for tax purposes.
Can you explain how to form it properly?
It would be best to contact an attorney or at least get the help of a reputable title company. That is my best suggestion.

Hello Jpugliese,

I think you may transfer it using a quit claim.

You may find a sample quit claim form used in Florida at http://www.clerk.leon.fl.us/sections/clerk_services/online_forms/official_records/quit_claim_deed.pdf but it will differ with your state.

I think it will be better if you consult an attorney in this matter as Eric has already mentioned that.
