transfer deed into me

I would like to know the steps on how can I chage the
house I sold to my sister 5 years ago together with a brother inlaw and her husban?
Hi gabriela!

Welcome to forums!

If you want to transfer the deed in your name, then your sister and her husband need to reverse quitclaim the property deed to you. Once they reverse quitclaim the property deed to you, you need to notarize it and record it at the county recorder's office.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi gabriela

Yes, I agree with Sussane that your sister and her husband will need to sign a reverse quitclaim deed in your favor to transfer the property in your name. Your sister and her husband can consult an attorney and get a reverse quitclaim deed drafted by him/her.

Thanks.
