Divorced without rings

Posted on: 11th Jun, 2009 05:31 pm
My engagement and wedding rings were stolen from my home shortly after my ex husband moved out of the home. Now the divorce is final, he felt the need during a drinking binge to call me up and confess to affairs and to stealing the rings. The divorce was no contest with no property between us. What are the chances of suing for the rings now? They are worth quite a bit of money.
good chance...call a lawyer. It is not really a question for mortgage professionals

My questions was intended to be rude; I had performed a query for the subject and ended up on your post.

Thank you for being cordial in your answer even though asked in an incorrect forum.

Have a pleasant evening.

This is the wrong place for that kind of question. Im sorry about your situation. You must contact a lawyer or your local police department to see what can be done.
