My engagement and wedding rings were stolen from my home shortly after my ex husband moved out of the home. Now the divorce is final, he felt the need during a drinking binge to call me up and confess to affairs and to stealing the rings. The divorce was no contest with no property between us. What are the chances of suing for the rings now? They are worth quite a bit of money.
good chance...call a lawyer. It is not really a question for mortgage professionals
