My wife and I own vehicles together and the title reads "A or B", A being her name and B mine. Is this the same as joint tenancy with right of survivorship, or is this something else?

Hi jr,
You are right. It is owned under the clause of 'right of survivorship.' It is similar to joint bank account operations.

Hi jr!
Welcome to forums!
If the clause of joint tenancy with right of survivorship is mentioned on the property deed, then both of you own the property as joint tenants. If no such clause is mentioned, then both of you are simply the co-owners of the property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
