i would like to take my name off a deed that i do not hold p

I am getting divorsed i want to relinquish all my rights to my wife and walk away how do i go about doing that?
hi elliot,

you can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property in your wife's name. she can then refinance the mortgage and release you from the liability of paying off the mortgage.
