if my ex in laws who are now deceased left me, my ex, and his siblings
a piece of property which is payed for, when we sell it won't everyone
get the equal amount? could the other owners decide to take me off
the deed without my consent?
Absent some other provision, the default is to divide equally. No one can take you off title without your consent or a court order.

Hi layla!

Welcome to Forums!

Without your consent, no one will be able to take you off from the deed. If such a thing has happened with you then, you must consult an attorney immediately.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
