If someone wants to do a trust, can the deed be put in tenants in common?
Hi emilyrivera,
Yes, you can use tenancy in common if you want to do a trust. You can contact an attorney who will help you drafting the deed. Once the deed is drafted you need to notarize it and record it at the county recorder's office.
Thanks
