Is the time limitation for a heir deed -7 years? After that no other heir can be added?
Hi Billy,
I haven't heard of any time limitation for a property deed. An owner of the property will be able to add heirs to the property as and when he feels like. I don't think there is any limitation to that. You can contact a real estate attorney in this regard for further advice.
Thanks
