I AM DYING AND MY TIMESHARE COMPANY IS TELLING ME MYCHILDREN WILL HAVE TO TAKE OVER THE MAINTENANCE FEES BUT THEY CANT AFFORD IT WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS
Welcome Guest,
If the timeshare is solely in your name, then your children are not liable for the maintenance of the timeshare. The timeshare company cannot force your children to take over the ownership. You can even list the property in the market and try to sell it off.
