I Have a timeshare. I owe no money on it but would like to get rid of it. I really would like to do away with the maintenace expences. Could I use a quit claim to do this?

Hi cozmet!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to list the property in the market first. This will help you in getting a buyer for your property. Then you can use a quit claim deed in order to transfer the property to the buyer.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
