Hi! I want to know what can I do to get rid of my timeshare, can I make a quick claim deed to get rid of it. What steps should I take? what kind of attorney should I consult?

Thanks.
Hi yaneth!

Welcome to forums!

You can list the timeshare in the market and check out if you can get buyers for your property. You can even use a quit claim deed and transfer the property to the timeshare company. However, it would the timeshare company's discretion whether or not he would accept it.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
