we wish to return our timeshare to the timeshare co. understand that a quit deed may be filed with the county clerks office in the county where it is deeded, however wonder if filing a warranty deed may be even better?
would it be best to send certified/return request the notorized/filed quit deed or warranty deed to the timeshare sales office?
i don't know if you are the same person whose post i answered earlier, but i strongly suggest you discuss this return of the timeshare with the seller/developer of the timeshare before you go ahead with your plan. it may not be effective if the recipient of your deed is not in agreement with you.
