Hello, a few years ago my father put his paid off property (apartment) under my name. Now we need to put it under his name again... how do we do this?
Hi !!
Since you want to put your fathers name on the title of the paid off property, you can do that through a warranty deed or a quitclaim deed which will transfer all the ownership rights of the apartment to your father as is desired by you. Theres nothing to worry about it because its a very simple process. However, Its always good to take the help of an attorney who can make things even more easy and hassle-free for you.
Stay happy and keep smiling.
