My husband and I divorced in 05/2008 and he owes me a judement on our house and I would like to sell that judgement and need a copy of our title how do I ge this?

Don't you have a copy of the deed with yourself? Nevertheless, you can contact the county recorder's office and get a duplicate copy of the deed.

Do you have a copy of the closing packet? Contact the title company where you closed the loan and ask the escrow agent or the title attorney for a copy of the title.
