my siblings and i inherited a housse in my fathers will .my siblings have agreed to sell their interest to me. what must i do to get title in my name
Hi Guest,
Your siblings can sign a quitclaim deed or a grant deed to give up their interest in the property to you. They will be signing the deed as grantors transferring their share in the property to you as grantee. The deed then has to be notarized and recorded.

My father recently died without a will. I am the sole inheritor of his property. What do I need to do to transfer the deed for the house to my name?
Hi Vicky!
Welcome to forums!
You will have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office where the property is located. This will help you in transferring the property in your name.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
