I've lived with my partner for 16 yrs, we are not married. I put her name on a title; however, she is not intrested in having anything to do with the property. She wants her name removed from the title. How do I have her name removed?

your partner needs to sign a quit claim deed in your favor in order to remove her name from the property deed. she can contact an attorney and ask him to draft the deed. once she fills out the quit claim deed, you can get it notarized and then record it at the county recorder's office. this will make you the sole owner of the property.
