Hi frank landi,
If you want to transfer your share of the timeshare property to someone else, then you will have to sign a quitclaim deed. In this deed, you will have to write your name as the grantor and grantee will the person to whom you are transferring the property. To know more about quitclaim deed, check out the following link:

You will find sample quitclaim deed forms online but you can even take the help of an attorney to draft the deed. Once you fill out the deed, you will have to notarize it and record it the county recorder's office where the property is located.
Thanks

$1 is cheap. I transferred my timeshare and the timeshare company tried to charge me $250. I said no.
Unless it is part of the original deed or other contract, you do not have to pay the timeshare company any money because a timeshare is a real property interest just like a piece of land.
