quit claim deed, transfer to a living trust, is the grantee the offical mane of the living trust or the name of the trustee or both?

Transferring to a living trust. The secnd party, grantee, would that be the trustee of the living trust or the official name of the living trust or both?

As far as I know, both names can be included when the property is being transferred to a living trust.
