Our house is in my name and my husbands name. We have a trust. We have never put the house in the trust.
Now, my daughter and her husband and children live with us.
What would the best thing to do in regards to the deed or the trust.
The house is paid in full with no mortgage

Hi patsyway!
You can include your daughter's name in the deed of the house with the help of a quitclaim deed. You can even include her husband's name in a similar way. This will give her and her husband ownership rights to your property. Or you can go in for joint tenancy with right to survivorship which will help them to inherit the property in future without any probate.
Thanks.

Thanks for the information.
So, don't bother with our trust at all?
Can we do a quitclaim deed without a lawyer?
Thanks
