Trustee Change of Name on Deed

I've recently been appointed as Trustee to my Mother's special needs trust because her previous Trustee is in ailing health. My Mother's home lists the previous Trustee's name as Trustee on the Deed.

Is there a way to change this so that my name and contact info are now listed as the Trustee? So far, the ways I've looked at make it look like I'm changing ownership and therefore incur huge expenses which the trust cannot afford.
