can my uncle sign my grandmother house of to himself and she die in 2000 and he sign the house over...hi have a question my grandmother died in 2000 and my uncle sign her house over to him in 2004 csn he do that ?

Your uncle can file an affidavit of heirship and transfer the property in his name provided if there are no other heirs to your grandmother's property. He cannot sign a quitclaim deed to transfer the property to himself.
