I have an individual that was unmarried at time of purchase need to add wife.. Deed should come from husband and wife to husband and wife correct

If the property is solely in the name of the husband, then he should sign a quitclaim deed and add the wife's name to it. The husband can contact a real estate attorney and take his help in this matter.
