I HAVE A USDA LOAN, HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO BE IN YOUR HOUSE BEFORE SELLING HOUSE.

I haven't heard of any special restrictions in selling off the property if you have a USDA loan on it. However, once you sell off the property, you will be liable for paying the mortgage dues in full.
