If a couple sign over a deed to another couple, through a realtor, notarised and all can the couple the deed name is in now evict the couple who signed the deed over.....they verbally gave a 30 day notice but they still have not left and we are ready to move in.
The names of the couple grantors have to be removed. You can also consult a lawyer regarding this.

Your question isn't too clear, but let me see if I got this right. Party A signed over the property to Party B and Party B is now evicting Party A since they did not move. They can, but the eviction is more complicated due to the fact that it was a previous owner. It takes longer to evict a previous owner than a tenant, but it can be done. I would take to an eviction company or attorney who handles evictions. If Party A wanted to fight the eviction though, it could get complicated because it sounds to me like there was no title insurance on the transfer which can add problems. I hope this helps.

Hi Dimples,

The couple, who has transferred the property to the other couple, will have to leave the property within the 30 days time. If they don't leave the property, then the new owners can forcefully evict them from the property.

Thanks
