My Father had a Warranty Deed/Life Estate drawn up leaving me the property. While at the attorneys office, his attorney made the statement to him that he no longer owns anything and that any time I could ask him to leave the property. Is this true?

Yes,This is true as far as legal issues are concerned.Once he hand over the property to you,you possess all the rights whether to allow someone in the property or not!
