quit claim or a warranty deed

Posted on: 12th Jan, 2011 05:12 pm
i own my property free and clear and i'm selling to my brother-in-law do i need a quit claim form or a warrant deed?
Hi cpancho!

Welcome to forums!

As the property is free and clear, a warranty deed can be used to transfer the property to your brother-in-law.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
