What type of warranty deed can I use to add my husband's name to my mortgage records soley for tax purposses. He is older than 65?
Hi lyndaalcorn,

You cannot add your husband's name to the mortgage with the help of a warranty deed. Both you and your husband will have to refinance the mortgage in order to add his name to the loan.
