I signed a lease to own agreement with home owners solutions and one of the paper work i was given to signed is the warranty deed. now the tenant is not paying and i need to evict them, but my concern is the impact of the warranty deed. how can i stop them for filling the warranty deed and transferring the property to their names?
Hi Guest,
If you've signed the warranty deed, that means you have transferred your property to someone else. In that case, you do not have rights over that property. So, I don't think you would be evict the tenants from the property.
Thanks
