my husband and I are still legally married. my husband has no interest in the property. can we do a warrenty Deed without a lawyer

It is always better to take the help of an attorney in order to get the warranty deed drafted. The attorney will also help you in filling out the deed. In case, you have a mortgage on the property, then you will have to sign a quit claim deed to add your husband to the property.
