Warranty Deed & Life Estate

My uncle gave my brother & me a Warranty Deed & Life Estate for his property which included 1 lot & a half with a house. My uncle recently died and my brother died 2 1/2 years ago. What do I have to do to get it in my name alone ?

You can file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office and get the property transferred in your name. You may even consult a real estate attorney and take his help regarding the whole process.
