is a waranty deed valid in chicago, illinois
Hi shay,
As far as I know, a Warranty Deed is valid in Chicago, Illinois. Generally a general warranty deed is used in most cases. However, a special warranty deed can also be used.

Hi
As far as I know a Warranty Deed is valid in most of the states. However, the deed has to be properly notarized and recorded with the county clerk's office in order to be legally valid. A deed not notarized and recorded is good for nothing.
