WE OWN ONE HOUSE.MY HUSBAND IS FIRST HOLDER AND I AM SECOND HOLDER.LOAN IS ON HIS NAME, WHICH HE FAILED TO PAY FOR LAST NINE MONTHS, I HAVE REGULARISED THE INSTALMENT, NOW MY HUSBAND IS NOT STAYING WITH ME, HE HAS TO PAY MANY PEOPLE IN THE MARKET, I AM WORRIED NO ONE SHOULD CLAM ON THIS HOUSE SINCE HE HAS 50% SHARE. HE IS WILLING TO DO IT ON MY NAME BUT I WANT TO KNOW THE PROCESURE TO MAKE IT FULLY ON MY NAME, WITH LESS EXPENCES,
