Hello there... My father-in-law has written a will and we came to know that he has given all his property to my husband's cunning brother. The sister and my husband have been left out. Can we do anything in this regard by contacting an attorney?
Well, I don't think an attorney will be of any help in this regard. Rather, if your father-in-law is alive, then your husband and his sister should speak to him and convince him to change the will.
Hi Edith,
I agree with Niicss. Nothing much can be done in this regard. If your father-in-law is not alive, then the will that he has drafted will be followed accordingly.
Thanks
