how to get deed to property in Dillwyn, Virgina., Other than through the county clerk?
How to get a person to stop, switching the tax papers to her address. she is not on the WILL. and not an heir to property. but keep changing tax papers and running in paying taxes. WILL is legally recorded.

You can take legal actions against that person. If that person is not on the will, then he/she won't be able to claim the property in any way.

Ask them why they keep doing that ... it doesn't make sense - they receive no benefit from paying your property taxes.
