my mother passed away and her Will is to sell the house for me and my brother to get money and my 8 neices/nephews. the Will has been filed but me and my brother now want to know if we can do a quick clain deed and satisfy her estate oursels by paying off everyone
Hi wedney,

The will needs to be probated first. After the probate is complete, the will needs to be recorded at the county recorder's office and transfer the property accordingly. Then you and your brother can quitclaim the property and satisfy her estate.
