Can we get something in writing for the piece of property willed without involving other family?

My husband was willed 1/2 acre of land and house. The house is no longer there, but has been replaced by a mobile for the past 18 years. In his will it states that this piece of property is for my husband. However, the problem comes in is that there has never been a succession. There are 3 heirs left for the rest of the property. My husband wants to put another trailer but the problem comes in about the Deed to the property. Is there an affidavit out there that we can get showing he has ownership of this certain piece of property?
Hi twobabies,

A willed property is generally probated after the death of the creator of the will and the property is distributed and title changed as per the instructions in the will. Was the will not probated in court? If yes, then I believe the title had been changed in his name. But if the answer is no, you will have to consult an attorney and find out how the title could now be changed in your name.
