Hi john,

Welcome to forums.

Looks like you are trying to find out some good marketing ideas to promote the business, right? why don't you check out some good marketing sites and blogs. Those may be helpful. And, regarding the market, I should say it's not bad though it's trying to be much more disciplined with tighter lending rules to avoid crisis just like foreclosures and the subprime market collapse.

Thanks

The problem with your question is you are asking your competition to assist you. Most people work very hard to find a niche and a way to make things come together. Once they have it they are guarded and not likely to give it away. There are the so called Guru's that will sell it to you but most of them are so full of themselves that I wouldnt spend any money on it. I personally have been working on my niche for almost 2 years straight and just now starting to see positive results from it. While others are struggling I have 2-3 people a day contacting me. Now would I sell this info no would I give it away HELL no. No offense meant but the best way is to read, study experiment and work hard. You will find something that works for you.
Good Luck
Brian
