Good afternoon all-
This past summer a book I had written for Atlantic Publishing came out. It is all about the basics (and not so basics) of working in real estate. Much of this information is beyond the typical scope of a mortgage officer- but I think a lot of this is worthy to have as a reference book.
It is available via Amazon, and also via the publisher:
http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Passing-Estate-License-Attempt/dp/1601381298/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1259356592&sr=1-1
Writing it myself, the mortgage part was fairly easy- but writing a chapter on real estate law was pretty rough
Thanks for the opportunity to present it to the MF community.
Cheers,
Ken Lambert

Hi Ken,
Congrats!! Keep up the good work. :)
I hope the information contained in your book helps the aspiring real estate professionals take the Real Estate Sales Liceses Exam with confidence and I also hope it helps them pass the exam on their very first attempt.
